The space

The home boasts 4 large sliders that open the living room and master bedrooms to the pool. 2 guest houses also have large pocket door sliders that open an incredible unrestricted view to the pool. There is plenty of unrestricted parking for all. You can relax around the fire pit or outside dining room for dinner or enjoy a late night movie on the giant LCD in the living room. 6 bedrooms PLUS an additional bonus kid's game/bedroom with 2 chaises that fold out into 2 separate single beds.

If you enjoy the nightlife we are located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. There is no shortage of restaurants, bars, and entertainment throughout the year.

Take the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to the top of the San Jacinto Mountains to experience dinner, hiking, and a view that will last a lifetime!

Per new Palm Springs Vacation rentals laws the maximum guests allowed are 14. An additional 4 daytime guests are allowed (10a-10p). 6 cars max are allowed at the property at any time.

There is a one time, non-refundable cleaning fee. Daily turndown service is available for an additional fee.

Pool heating is an optional $125 a day which is our utility cost. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary.

No parties or events are allowed at the property.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire house, pool/spa, outdoor grill, and all yards.

There are locked closets in the laundry area for our personal use so please do not try to access. Also one locked hall closet in the house for personal use, please do not access.

The house has wheelchair accessibility throughout. Most showers have hand-held shower heads. There are seat in most showers as well, however, the house is not equipped with grab bars at toilets and showers, and the Kitchen does not have an adjustable height work station. The pool does not have a lift.

Other things to note
Price of house does not include a daily pool heating fee of $125. This is optional and highly recommended from October through April. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you would like to add this to your reservation. We ask that you be conscientious of the fact that if you are not using the hot tub, that you turn it off, as leaving it on greatly increases the cost.

Please also note - you cannot heat pool and spa simultaneously. You can alternate one or the other.
